  1. The contract between MyWebPage.uk.net and the Client will be on these conditions, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions. Any variations to these conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing.

  2. The works to be carried out are set out on the MyWebPage.uk.net website. The client shall provide information to go on their webpage.

  3. Email will be the method of contact with regard to all communication. Although MyWebPage.uk.net can be contacted by telephone, we will use email as our method of communication and therefore it is the Client's responsibility to inform us of any change in email address so we always have up to date email contact details. MyWebPage.uk.net can not be held liable in any way relating to communication issues if we are not supplied a valid email address. MyWebPage.uk.net will acknowledge all emails within 3 working days.

  4. MyWebPage.uk.net will only commence work on a webpage after receipt of full payment.

  5. If the webpage is found to continence laws of decency or to be against the laws of the UK it may be removed. MyWebPage.uk.net do not offer a reimbursement policy if this detain is found to be necessary.

  6. It is important for the Client to keep in contact with MyWebPage.uk.net throughout the entire process of creating the webpage. If a Client does not make contact or proof the page within a week we will make up to 5 attempts to contact the client by email using the email address specified when the client went ahead. No response to these attempts to contact, may result in delay or termination of page.

  7. Where images used on the MyWebPage.uk.net have been purchased by MyWebPage.uk.net on behalf of the Client, these images are strictly for use on the webpage only. MyWebPage.uk.net are not liable for misuse of these images by the Client or any other person’s copying, altering or distributing the images to individuals or other organisations.

  8. MyWebPage.uk.net will create and host the webpage for a contracted 12 months at £79.99 + vat. This rate must be renewed at the end of the 12 months if confirmation that the client would like to continue with the service.

  9. The client may request their webpage to be removed before the 12 month contract expires. MyWebPage.uk.net will not reimburse funds if this option is requested.

  10. An Upgrade to make changes to the webpage within the contract after the webpage has been approved and gone live is available for £19.99 + vat. This service will allow the client to request changes to the text and bullet point content only as many times as they like within the contract. This optional upgrade only lasts for the duration of clients 12 month contract.

  11. MyWebPage.uk.net will endeavour to provide a reliable and professional service to the Client at all times but do not guarantee that the webpage Hosting will be available at all times, especially in the event of a technical failure beyond our control.

  12. MyWebPage.uk.net cannot be held responsible for anything adversely affecting the Client's business operation, sales, or profitability that might be claimed as result of a service offered by MyWebPage.uk.net.

  13. MyWebPage.uk.net will provide the creation of the webpage from one of our templates within 48 hours given that the client provides all the relevant information. MyWebPage.uk.net will need approval of a proof in order to go live with the webpage.

  14. MyWebPage.uk.net own all designs and code of the webpage throughout the contract and may not be used for other purposes. This also includes images that have been purchased by or provided by MyWebPage.uk.net for the Client, unless the images have been supplied by the Client.

  15. All images provided by the client must have permission and authorisation to be used, and it is the sole responsibility of the Client regarding usage and copyright. Any legal issues or claims arise from the content or copyright of any images supplied by the Client will be the sole responsibility of the Client.

  16. The Hosting renewal must be received within 10 days of the 12 month contract hosting expiry date. MyWebPage.uk.net reserve the right to deactivate any webpage where the Hosting has expired and the Client has not paid.

  17. MyWebPage.uk.net has no control of, or responsibility for, the content of Clients’ webpage’s. In no way does the textual or image based Content of our Client's webpage’s constitute MyWebPage.uk.net endorsement, or approval of the webpage or the material contained within the webpage. MyWebPage.uk.net has not verified any of the materials, images or information contained within our Client's webpage and is not responsible for the content or performance of these sites or for the Client's transactions with them.

  18. MyWebPage.uk.net is not liable for loss, damage or corruption to files or information stored on its servers or individual PCs relating to a Client's webpage. The Client is solely responsible for any information or files provided relating to its webpage.

  19. MyWebPage.uk.net makes no claims that the contents of this website may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside England and Wales. Access to this website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If this website is accessed from outside of the United Kingdom, it is done at own risk and the visitor is responsible for compliance with the relevant laws of the visitor’s jurisdiction. The terms and conditions of this website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Jurisdiction for any claims arising in respect of this website’s Content shall lie exclusively with the courts of England. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
